Ce n'est plus un secret pour personne, la Chine et son sévère gouvernement obligent les moteurs de recherche s'installant sur le territoire à censurer la version chinoise de certains mots clés, empêchant ainsi de se servir de ces mêmes moteurs de recherches afin d'obtenir certaines informations sur des sujets qui dérangent le gouvernement d'une manière ou d'une autre.
Ainsi, certains sujets ont été écartés par les moteurs de recherche.
Mais quelle est exactement la liste de ces mots censurés, et que concernent-ils exactement ?
Il est intéressant de remarquer que plus de 92 % de ces mots clés concernent la politique...
236 mots censurés, mais quelle censure !
Ce sont donc au total 236 mots qui ont été censurés.
Parmi ces 236 expressions, seules 18 sont des obscénités.
Tout le reste concerne la politique et l'histoire du pays occultée par le gouvernement, comme le massacre de la place de Tiananmen.
Le Washington Post a pris possession de cette liste de mots censurés et les a tous essayé.
Dans certains cas, il a été possible d'avoir accès à quelques pages contenant l'expression recherchée, mais les pages dites sensibles étaient plus généralement occultées.
Le plus souvent, les mots interdits sont détectés pas les moteurs de recherche chinois et remplacés par des astérisques.
